ABOUT ME

Sean Hoggard

Born and raised in Southeast, Washington DC, I grew up facing many obstacles in life from family dysfunction, being bullied in school, to my on going battle with depression and anxiety. These issues played significant effect in my life. Overcoming these obstacles help me become the man I am today.

I began my healing journey by seeking therapy and writing in my journal. I started The Inspired Reality motivational blog because I wanted to be apart of the solution to this mental health crisis.
